- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to make the acquaintance of organization of justice (in broad sense) in the Czech republic.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course, students should be able to: • Understand to all basic concepts concerning the organization of justice; • Use the information about the system of courts in the Czech republic; • Apply the law regulating powers of senior officer of justice.

- The lectures run during the term. The attendance is not compulsory. Instruction uses modern methods – presentation of thesis, practical examples, interpretation of judicial practice and presentation of recommended literature.
