- Course objectives
- This subject introduce of students to the problems of the special part of criminal substantive law, in the connection with institutes of the general part of criminal substantive law;
students should be to acquire the competence of interpretation and aplication of the norms of criminal substantive law. At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain basic concepts of the general part of criminal substantive law in the connection with special part; work with informations on structure of this subject in practice; create a text on criminal-law theme; interpret criminal substantive law and apply it in the actual cases; - Learning outcomes

- Lectures/moderated discussion on a special part of substantive criminal law, explanation of basic concepts and analysis of case studies, and other materials listed in the interactive syllabus (PowerPoint presentations, preparation questions, references to case law)
- Assessment methods
- Lectures, finished by the credit. Preconditions of the credit: The condition for successful completion of the course is the verification of knowledge by means of a written test, which consists of two parts and the material contained in it relates primarily to the substance of this semester, ie substantive criminal law - a special part, however, it can not be ruled out from the previous semester (ie knowledge of substantive criminal law - general part). The first part of the written test consists of questions a, b, c, where there is always only one correct answer and the second part are open questions. The aim is that after completing the course, the student is able not only to have theoretical knowledge about the subject, substantive criminal law - special part, but especially to be able to apply this knowledge to specific cases / examples. The total number of points is 20 (up to 1 point can be obtained for each question), while the minimum for successful completion is 12 points.
