- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to analyse specific competition mechanisms on ICT markets and functioning of related regulatory instruments.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon the completion of this course, students shall be able to:
Understand specific features business competition on technology markets
Identify and analyse typical cases of abuse of market power in ICT sector
Identify and analyse typical cases of prohibited horizontal, vertical and diagonal agreements
Analyse and resolve hard cases arising of investigation of infringement of competition law using ICT - Syllabus
