Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with basic ethical theories and their applications in law, as well as to strengthen their sensitivity to the moral elements contained in thinking about law and legal cases.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - characterize basic ethical theories, - apply these theories in the field of law, - identify moral elements in legal cases, - to defend in the discussion one's own opinions, attitudes and solutions of specific cases.

Teaching methods
Teaching takes place in the form of a guided discussion of knowledge from the assigned literature and moral dilemmas in the field of law.
Assessment methods
The course ends with a discussion of a selected problem in the field of moral philosophy in law related to the area of scientific interest of the student, which is to demonstrate his or her basic orientation in the acquired knowledge, as well as his or her ability to apply it.
