Course objectives
Goal of this course is to develop students skills in contracting with international element.
Learning outcomes
Student will acquire practical communication and negotiation skills that can be used both during a job interview at an international law firm and during contract negotiations. He will also be able to navigate the basic steps of negotiating and implementing a business transaction.

Teaching methods
Teaching methods are fitting the goal of the course, eg. to gain the practical skills of contracting, especially intereactive teaching methods with students.
Assessment methods
Contracting game in part 3 of the course will be used as a basis of evaluation of students (passed/failed)
