- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is to orientate the student in the field of legal regulation of insurance.
- Learning outcomes
- By completing this course student will be able to understand the functioning of the insurance sector and will be oriented in the legal regulation of insurance.

Information on the extent and intensity of the course: 10 hod. přednášek za semestr / 10 hrs of lectures per semester. - Teacher's information
- Mandatory texts specified in the internal curriculum or in the interpretation are limited by the maximum credit burden. The scope of the text from the compulsory literature (Finanční a daňové právo, pp. 251-270) is limited only to the topics in the syllabus. The remaining text is recommended and expands knowledge.
