Course objectives
The purpose of the course is the understanding of international treaties as source of international law and its following aspects: Treaty law - international and national, Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969), customary treaty law. International treaty in national law. Promulgation of treaties, interpretation.
Learning outcomes
- student bude schopen rozumět hlubším základům práva mezinárodních smluv - student bude schopen identifikovat kontroverze v oblasti práva mezinárodních smluv -student bude schopen kriticky přemýšlet o mezinárodních smlouvách -student bude rozumět právním souvislostem mezinárodních smluv.
