- Course objectives
- The purpose of EC Law I to V and EU Law I to II is to broaden theoretical basis of students as to the nature of EC and EU Law, its relation to internal and international law and its application by Community and national institutions. From the practical point of view students will acquire knowledge of different branches of EC and EU Law. A particular attention is paid to the Czech membership and constitutional developments.
