Course objectives
Students should get the basic information on the legal regulation of external economic relations of the EU, including the particularity of the exclusive competence of the EU. For details see the contents of the course.
Syllabus
  • 1. Common commercial policy. 2. EU as a customs union. 3. Regulation of importations and exportations in relation to the third countries. 4. Particular relations to certain third countries.
