Course objectives
The course providing the methodological basis for a critical inquiry into legal philosophy and theory.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand and explain the basic metodological approach to chosen problems;
work with information on the methods of the legal interpretation to creation a draft;

  • - The analysis of basic categories and methods of contemporary legal thought;
  • - The analysis of the basic method of the contemporary legal interpretation;
  • - The explanation of the basic method of EU Law in the interpretation of human rights;
