Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as to extend the set of theoretical knowledge on the significant legal theoretical and legal philosophical works of outstanding authors and to deepen abilities to master abstract legal concepts and general legal conceptions.

  • Study and analysis of the work Zdeněk Kühna Aplikace práva ve složitých případech: k úloze právních principů v judikatuře. Debate on the parts of the book and working out thesis that is inspirated with this book.
