- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to extend the student's knowledge of EU law in the area of principles of its application in Member States (direct and indirect effect, primacy).
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to:
- understand the international and constitutional legal context of the principles of application of EU law in Member States
- apply EU law in the legal order of the Czech Republic
- understand the reaction of the Czech (and other) constitutional courts to the principles of application of EU law as they were formulated by the Court of Justice. - Syllabus

- 3. Indirect effect of directives, obligation of consistent interpretation in international law
