Předmět je částečně postaven na spolupráci studentů s odborníky z praxe a řešení praktické případové studie, což vyžaduje určité srozumění s tímto nastavením předmětu. Proto prosíme přihlašující se studenty, aby v žádosti o souhlas se zápisem tohoto předmětu krátce zdůvodnili svou motivaci ke studiu tohoto předmětu a připravenost se tímto způsobem podílet na chodu předmětu. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- Aviation has such a strong international dimension that it is practically impossible - and extremely impracticable - to regulate civil aviation domestically only.
Civil aviation law is an area that is built from various types of sources and in the context of the Czech Republic spans the following dimensions:
1. Public international law
2. international standards and recommendations (ICAO Annexes)
3. EU law
4. domestic law.
The aim of this course is critically analyze various sources of aviation law and their relationships and allow the student to learn how to navigate these dimensions in practical settings. To that end, it uses the combination of lectures and seminars that are meant to provide support in solving practical case-studies. - Learning outcomes
- Student will be able:
- navigate among the various levels of sources of aviation law
- co-operate with experts on solving the case studies
- offer a solution to the case study
- discuss the offered solutions with their peers
