Course objectives
The course has two language versions, Polish and English, depending on the composition of the auditorium and the preferences of the visiting teacher. The Polish variant enables students who have completed the course School of Polish Law in Polish and thus gained a general overview of Polish law and mastered Polish legal terminology to broaden their horizons with a specific field of Polish law. The English version is intended primarily for students who do not have a sufficient command of the Polish language, but are interested in orienting themselves in the field. The aim of both variants of the course is to enable students not only orientation in the given issue, but also in the form of further consultations with the teacher, resp. with his colleagues in Poland, to facilitate their possible cooperation, for example, in solving the problems of their future diploma thesis or future specialization.

After completing the course the student will be able to: - understand and orientate in the given issues of Polish law - seek appropriate sources of information, including legislation, - establish direct contact with potential consultants from cooperating workplaces, or with colleagues dealing with similar issues in Poland, especially within the topic of their qualification work, - effectively use knowledge and contacts from the subject for their further student mobility, - use the method of comparison in their further study and practice
