Course objectives
The aim of the course is to expose the students to various types of authentic legal texts - both written and oral.
Syllabus
  • Exploring and working with the texts relating to the following fields: Constitutional Systems in French-Speaking Countries,International organisation - the United Nations, European Co-operation, Human Rights - History and Current Situation, Refugee Law, Refugee Status in France, Mechanism for Human Rights Protection, Judicature of the European Court of Human Rights.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Seminární výuka v celkovém rozsahu 4 semestry. Podmínkou získání zápočtu je účast a aktivní práce v seminářích, zpracování seminární práce a úspěšný zápočtový test.
