- The aim of the course is to expose the students to various types of authentic legal texts - both written and oral.

- Requirements for the exam in German for Lawyers II Written part: work on a piece of unknown specialized text with a dictionary a) reading comprehension questions b) translation of a part of the text into Czech, 5-8 lines c) reconstruction of an original specialized German text by substituting grammatical and stylistic items Oral part: a) assisted reproduction according to the topics given below b) terminology in the extent of 2 terms subject matter c) conversation on a given topic Topics for the controlled reproduction 1. International law a) The United Nations b) Asylum procedure, migration in Germany c) The act on residence of aliens - residence permit d) UNHCR 2.
