- Course objectives
- Světové hospodářské právo zahrnuje univerzální a regionální právo liberalizace obchodu, právo měnové a kursové, mezinárodní bankovnictví, mezinárodní ochrana investic, právo mezinárodní dopravy a spojů a mezinárodní standardy některých odvětví hospodářství. Nezahrnuje právo Evropské unie. World Economic Law deals with universal and regional international law of the liberalisation of trade, international monatary relations, international banks, international investment protection, the law of international transportation, post and telecomunication and international standards of selected industries. It does not include the law of European Union.
