Basic informations about instituts of financial law and financial administration.
Syllabus
  • Úvod do finančního práva. Finanční správa. Základy fiskální části finančního práva. Základy nefiskální části finančního práva. Daňové řízení. Introduction to financial law. Financial administration. Basics of fiscal section of financial law (public finance) Basics of nonfiscal section of financial law. Tax process.
