Course objectives

The aim of subject: to acquire of basic commands of concept, types, functions and basic principles of criminal law; fundamentals of criminal responsibility, the legal consequences of the criminal responsibilty (the punishments a and protective measures), generall part.

Syllabus

• Concept, types, functions and basic principles of criminal law, bases of criminal responsibility, punishments and protective measures.
