- Course objectives
- The lectures seek to introduce the basic categories and relevant problems. The method of explanation is the system-historical overview.
- Syllabus
- Syllabus on History of European legal thinking: 1. The subject and role of the history of European legal thinking 2. The root of European legal thinking (Plato, Aristoteles) 3. The main ideas of the modern European legal thinking 4. Continental legal thinking versus common law.
