- The subject completes and extends the course of public international. The purpose is to provide the knowledge of legal argumentation in public international law. As a basic methode, it is taken case law and jurisprudence. Students have options to choose single cases scrutinised in seminars. While settling cases, students apply the principles of interpretation.

- Topics for seminars of argumentation: - forms and grounds of discrimination - statehood - sources;international treaties, customs, general principles of law - interpretation - individuals in international law - crimes under international law - victims of international crimes - terrorism in the context of international law
