Course objectives
Subject should acquainted students with problems of administrating real estate register in the Czech Republic - in past and nowadays. It is a specialized subjects which does not cover only the general view on Cadastre of Real Estate and its keeping, but it should also give to students the detailed perspective on each element of this system as well as mutual relation and funkcions among them.

  • 1) Development of Cadastre of Real Estate in the Czech Republic 2) Administrating principles of each registering tool - their development and comparison 3) Cadastre of Real Estate - its structure, content and function 4) Recording to Cadastre of Real Estate 5) Institutional structure of administration of Cadastre of Real Estate 6) Procedure before Cadastral Offices 7) Relationship between Cadastre of Real Estate and other legal institutes - land planning, purpose built categorisation, land modifications 8) Acces to cadastre information
