- Course objectives
- Subject of labour law. Functions of labour law. Basic labour law relations. Employment relationship and its characteristic features. Working conditions and special working conditions. Termination of an employment relationship, general conditions. Prevention and liability in labour law. Employee’s liability for damage caused to his employer. Employer’s liability for damage caused to his employee. Liability for industrial injuries and occupational diseases. The main purpose of the course is to understand the role of labour law in the system of market economy and the protective function of labour law. The purpose is also to comprehend the relation between labour law and civil law.

- Subject of labour law. Functions of labour law. Employment relationship. Agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship. Employment contract. Termination of an employment relationship. Liability and compensation for damages.
