Course objectives
Předmět je primárně určen studentům oboru Správní právo a právo životního prostředí s disertací specializovanou na právo životního prostředí. Obsahem tohoto předmětu je právní režim skupiny tzv. průřezových problematik, t.j. právních režimů nezaměřujících se na ochranu jen určité části životního prostředí, ale na ochranu životního prostředí jako celku, před negativními vlivy určitých lidských aktivit - viz název předmětu.
