Course objectives
Společná obchodní politika EU, celní unie - výlučná pravomoc EU. Úprava vývozu a dovozu zboží ve vztahu k nečlenským státům. Ochranná opatření. Vazba na WTO a na právo WTO. Postavení práva WTO v právu EU. Návaznost na druhý pilíř EU (společná zahraniční a bezpečnostní politika).

Sledování aktuálního stavu, např. aplikace práva EU na dovozy z asijských zemí.
