- Course objectives
- Analysis and commentaries on cca 20 judgments of the ECJ relating to the Internal Market. Students are supposed to understand the way how the ECJ develops the EC law.
- Syllabus
- 1. ECJ as the law-maker, the structure of its judgments 2. Analysis of 20 judgments relating to the Internal Market (e.i. Leclerc, Mars, Phil Collins, Coordination rurale, Centros, Francovich and others).

- Studijní materiály budou k dispozici na Informačním systému MU pro každou jednotlivou lekci.

- 1. Written essay on one case chosen by the student, its oral presentation 2. Written test on discussed cases
