- Course objectives
- Subject extends the knowledge gained in the course of study Financial law I and Commercial Law I - III. The objective of the course is to gain knowledge of the legal regulatiion and functioning of the Systems of Payment. In particular: non-cash payments, electronic payment, payment systems and financial arbitrator as well as the issue of central banking and banking supervision.
