Prerequisites (in Czech)
SOUHLAS
Kurz je otevřen studentům 3. a 4. ročníku, předpokládá se úspěšné absolvování předmětu Ústavní právo a PVP Obsah lidských práv v komparativním pohledu. Je navíc třeba zdůraznit, že se jedná o kurz výběrový, který je určen studentům se skutečným zájmem. Z toho plyne též struktura kurzu, kde budou na studenty kladeny vyšší časové nároky – výuka bude probíhat v blocích, přičemž část výuky proběhne přímo v prostorách nevládních organizací či na konkrétních jednáních. Omezení zápisu do předmětu: předmět je určen pouze studentům mateřských oborů, kteří absolvovali předměty Ústavní právo a PVP Obsah lidských práv v komparativním pohledu. Předmět si smí zapsat nejvýše 10 stud. Studenti mohou absolvovat vstupní test.

Course objectives
The main objectives of the course are to afford the students the possibility of a practical legal work under the auspices of teachers and two NGO's - League for Human Rights and Environmental Law Service. The students will learn the basic skills of practical legal jobs - how to describe a legal case, to prepare documents, to take part in legal meetings, work as a team. The students will not enter into direct relations with clients of NGO's , therefore the legal responsibility will remain by the NGO.
Syllabus
  • - the first two seminars will be realised in the premises of EPS and LLP, the attendats of the course will be divided into four teams - each of the teams will start to prepare one real legal case according to materials afforded by the NGO - the teams will present their cases to other colleagues - on every seminar one of the cases will be discussed by all students, the discussion will be coordinated by the teachers - finally the teams will prepare a proposal of a strategy, which will be - after a discussion with other students - proposed to the NGO's
Literature
  • Jedná se o nácvik dovedností, tudíž budou využívány konkrétní případy a dokumenty s nimi související a dále právní právní předpisy. Se speciální studijní pomůckou se nepočítá.

Final group project - a proposal of a strategy for a solution of a real case and its presentation to other students
