- Course objectives
- The main aim of this course is to improve the knowledge of European Law of civil procedure. The course will deal with selected issues and will be based of the case-law analysis. The students are supposed to read the case-law in advance and to present it during the lecture. The students will also be provided with tips for presentations, useful phrases. At the end of this course, students should be able to: read the case-law; analyze the case-law; work with the case-law;present the analysis of cases; write in Plain English; write legal memoranda.
