- Course objectives
- Main objective of this course is to provide students with the ability of applying the EU law in particular cases. Different judgments of the Court of Justice are analyzed and generalized. This course concentrates on basic ECJ case law.

- Basic decisions of the European Court of Justice, forming the foundations of EU law, especially its general part.
