Course objectives
Předmět je zaměřen nejprve na hlubší analýzu vybraných institutů zvláštního kolizního práva (rodinné, pracovní, dědické právo a právo duševního vlastnictví), posléze na prokázání schopnosti použití institutů obecného mezinárodního práva soukromého ve zvláštním kolizním právu. Zvláštní pozornost bude věnována použití analogie ve zvláštním kolizním právu.
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Odevzdání seminární práce analyzující možnosti aplikace vybraného institutu zvláštního kolizního práva, který v praxi vyvolává aplikační nejistotu s ohledem na obecnou regulaci.
