The courses are intended to improve the skill of critical legal thinking: clarification of the argument and of its components, interpretation, critical analysis of prejudice.

Course objectives
At the end of course students should be able to:
understain and explain the basic legal terms and categories;
make deductions based an acquired knowledge to analyse and interpret the legal cases;

  • - What is the legal philosophy?
  • -Law and moral
  • -Natural law contra positive law
  • -The system theory of law contra discoursive theory of law;
  • -Law and justice;
  • -The basic problems of theory of human rights
