Course objectives
This course is primarily for the students of the Administrative Law and Environmental Law who have their dissertation thesis focused on administrative law. This course targets the issues of sources, principles and constitutional grounds of environmental law. Furthemore issues of the most important conceptual instruments within some scopes of environmental protection are analysed.
Syllabus
  • Sources; the subject matter and the method of legal regulation. Fundamental principles of environmental law. The constitutional grounds of environmental law. The subject to environmental law. The forms of activities of environmental protection agencies. The functions of the conceptual instruments and their importance to realization instruments. The conceptual instruments of particular scopes of environmental. protection.
