Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a legal remedies.
Syllabus
  • 1. Legal remedies and their system. 2. Appeal - ordinary legal remedy. 3. Action for the reopening of the trial. 4. Action for nullity. 5. Final recourse.
