Course objectives
The Criminal Procedure is aimed to the questions of the science of criminal law and specific requirements of thesis. At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain actual conceptual issues of reforms of criminal law and procedure in Czech Republic, esp. conception of new criminal procedure.
