- At the and of the course student should be able to:
understand and explain the basic terms and categories of legal philosophy- natural law, positive law, justice
work with information on the development of the legal thinking to better understandig of the theoretical basis of law;
interpret contemporary problems of the legal philosophy - Syllabus
