Course objectives
The subject is the extension and completing of the Social Security Law within the sphere of material scope of health insurance. It is aimed at the conditions of providing of health care and its refund from the health insurance. At the end of the course the student should be able to define obligations of the subjects (physical and legal persons) providing health care, to interpret conditions of runing health-care establishments, to describe conditions of proving health care, especially to interpret the nature of mutual relationships between patients, health-care establishments, and health insurance companies, to define the obligations of medical staff, especially to describe and explain the obligation of maintaining confidentiality for medical staff, and to distinguish whether it has or has not been violated in actual cases.
