Course objectives
The aim of this course is to familiarize students with issues of cybercrime and to provide an basic overview of related legislation and ways to combat this phenomenom of recent times. With regard to anticipated focus of students, who arent preparing for the profession of lawyer, there will be also provided basic knowledge criminal law and criminal procedure law.

Teaching methods
The course consists of lectures, seminars and self study of materials in an interactive curricullum.
Assessment methods
The course consists of lectures, seminars and self study of materials in an interactive curricullum. Students are assessed according to the results of ROPOTs. There will be three ROPOTs, to a successfull completion the student must receive 60% of all possible points.
