Course objectives
The aim of the course is to continue the course Civil Law I and to elarge the konwledge of theorical and practical consequences of institute of civil law relation and its structure.
Syllabus
  • 1. The civil law relation, its ambiguity and ambivalence. Its place among the institutes and the methodology of civil law. 2. The elements of civil law realtion. 3. Typology of civil law relations. 4. The persons in the juridical sense. 5. Human being as the person in the juridical sense. Physical persons. 6. Legal persons (entities). 7. The subject-matter of civil law relation. 8. The rights and obligations as the element of civil law relation.
