- At the end of this course the student will be able to:
- submit of reasoned thought solutions to selected international business transactions;
- identify risks connected with selected international business transactions;
- develop the concept of contractual regulation of complicated problems of international business transactions;
- propose a system of international business transactions consisting of multiple interrelated obligations;
- recommend appropriate payment regime of international business transactions. - Syllabus

- Connection international transport contract with the basic obligation. Connection payment regime with the basic obligation.
- The influence of the public law to regulate specific international business transactions.
- Indirect supplies - general interpretation and the regulation in the law of conflict of laws.
- Indirect supplies - special interpretation of the commercial representation and distribution.
