- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the student should use particular individual labour law institutes and should be able to interpret them in compliance with basic principles and functions of the labour law. He/she should be able to assess particularities of labour law as a one of the civil law branches and will be able to apply the Civil Code to labour relations. He/she should be able to work with EU directive and decisions of the European Court of Justice relating to labour law.
