Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: describe the importance of personal management by forming of an individual management system
explain: two approaches to personal management, the importance of using common sense in personal management and leadership
can distinguish: what is the subject of personal and individual as management
apply: the process of self-discovery through their replies to questions asked
formulate their own personal mission
propose a procedure for acquiring seven habits of effective people and consequently 8th habit from the efficiency to be exepctional
assess: level of respect for natural laws, mental principles and acquiring of seven habits in both professional and private
Syllabus
  • Personal management (PM) as a first pillar of the individual managerial system
  • Two approaches to "PM" (1. approach to improve the performance of knowledge workers, 2. approach consistent with the paradigm shift in management to principal leadership)
  • self-discovery and personal mission
