Course objectives
The aim is to familiarize students with basic skills needs   labor law   business practice. A sub-objective is the introduction of a practical application of legal standards so that they could use, interpret and apply the particular facts and orientation in the   system of labor law. Acquisition of practical skills and abilities will be directed by the acquisition candidates through the selection of candidates, the basics of human resources, creation of employment, any change of employment after termination of employment. Emphasis will be placed on the area also conclude collective agreements, internal regulations over liability relations employee and employer over labor relations, working conditions, training, care staff   to the area of ​​evaluation and compensation and health at work. Students will be acquainted with specific aspects of the discussed areas to be able to assess the appropriateness of decisions to resolve various situations occurring in   the company's life. Subject should also help students develop important habits for prevention and follow up   cases in which problems can be expected to work the character

Teaching methods

Assessment methods
1 / During the semester, according to the schedule will be written in a continuous test of probraných thematic units of the substance. Passing this test with an average success rate of 60% is a prerequisite for credit and participation in the colloquium. 2 / A student who fails in the running test, will write the replacement test in the subject matter. Required success of this test is 70%. 3 / Successful term test or alternate test will log on to the colloquium in the form of guided discussions on pre-announced topic. The colloquium trying to verify: - the student's ability to work with the laws and legislation - both passive and active mastery of technical terminology - ability to formulate a legal issue - to discuss the legal aspects of the problem solving form of control: Successful completion of a term test 0 to 20 points min. Colloquium 12 up to 20 0 to 20 points 10 20 minutes Rating: Passed P 22 - 40 points failed N 12 - 21 points
