Course objectives
The optional subject perfects students knowledge of the legal regulation of company law by using the examples. Students will be able after its passing to constitute the business company, to draw up a contract about transfer of share, they will know the process by mergers of companies and they will be able to solve the problems of legal status of companies partners and functioning of companies bodies.

  • - founding of business companies - legal status of companies partners - legal status of companies bodies and theirs members - mergers of companies - topical issues of particular forms of companies

Teaching methods
By the teaching will be used different structures of problems presentation: - recapitulation of legal regulation and following solving of case studies - creation of documents, e. g. articles of association, analysis of various possibilities and recommendation of solution - simulated legal proceedings - presentation of various process connected with explanation and commentary - presentation of examples created by students
Assessment methods
The course finishes with colloquium.Students prove their knowledge classification makes the teacher according to correctness and perfection of the answers.
