Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to make deductions, why a)jurisprudence may make a decisive contribution by abondoning rigid traditional constructions; b)is relative the distinction between "intelectual propertyů said to be "absolute" in nature, on the one hand, and rights to prevent third parties from performing certain acts based on the law against unfair competition.
