Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to solve - at the basic level - actual human rights cases; the student will understand the procedural and material aspects of human rights protection at both international and domestic level; the student will be able to write reasoned analysis of a human rights issue as well as a petition to the court;

Assessment methods
Students write a constitutional complaint. The evaluation is based on the demonstrated ability to identify relevant issues, find plausible arguments and work with sources. Open book.
