- Course objectives
- The objective of this course is to make students acquainted with the questions of public tenders. The topic is taught in a very complex manner, i.e. we focus on respective laws, process of public tender, protection against illegal steps of tenderor and other procedural issues.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of this course, the student will have:
- good knowledge of the general issue of public tenders;
- good knowledge of laws concerning public tenders ;
- good knowledge of procedural issues concerning public tenders;
- good knowledge of judicial decisions concerning public tenders. - Syllabus

- Teaching methods
- The subject will be taught in classes aimed at both theoretical and practical issues, wheere also model situations will be dealt with. As there will be a number of experts participating in the teaching, the students will have a chance to learn about the practical issues. Students will be reviewing real cases dealing with public tender bids and their evaluation, supervision of the Office for protection of competition and judicial review.
