Course objectives
Objectives of the course are:
- to know law basics, legal acts and the scope of freedom
- to know restrictions on the free movement of persons (public order, public safety)
- to know issue of employment in public administration
- to know the protection procedure (decision, appeal, supervision over the process of restrictions)
- to understand applying restrictions in practice (ban on leaving, entry ban, expulsion)
