- Course objectives
- Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to provide students with basic theoretical knowledge of legal remedies in civil judicial proceedings.

- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical connections of institutes of a civil procedure law.
