Course objectives
Students should have basic knowledge of selected areas of the law of transport, namely the land transport (both road and rail), air transport and water transport, with the focus on their administrative-law aspects. They should also be able to solve case studies and give reasons for the solution.
Learning outcomes
Student will:
- understand the problematice of teh law of transport;
- identify the administrative proceedings of the law of transport and be able to apply them;
- solve case studies.
Syllabus
  • 1) Introduction (0,5 session)
  • 2) Road Transport (2 sessions)
  • 3) Air Transport (1 session)
  • 4) Rail Transport (1 session)
  • 5) Water Transport (0,5 session)
  • The subject will be taught in 5 sessions (instead of 1 session, an excursion at Bno airport will be held), the sequence of the topics will be prescribed by the seminar program at the beginning of the semestr.
